​@POKEOMNIRANGERPOWER Legendaries are specific things, so when you summon, for example, an Elvish Mystic it isn't a specific elf and therefore not legendary, but if you summon Jerry the Elvish Mystic then it would be legendary, same idea with Zhulodok, you're summong this specific Ulamog broodling which is why it's legendary. This is also why the legend rule exists, as an aside.

If you had a different effect that triggered on cast, then yes. But here Void Winnower always resolves first, then All is Dust, then It that Betrays.

This would lead to It That Betrays still being on the stack while you resolve both of its added on cascade triggers from Zhulodok. This is also why you cannot cast an aura on a creature you cast with cascade, as that creature is still on the stack. Correct me if I'm wrong but I used the mtg wiki so there could be a mistake there.

It's tough. I have Jimmy's deck from the commanders extra turns. With cascade being less than the mana cost, you've gotta cast large cmc spells to get large cmc for free. More often than not you're getting a 4 mana spell for free tham anything. It's fun as hell to play though.

To get either Ceaseless Hunger (the cheaper one) there's only 10 legal cards that can trigger it. Infinite Gyre has 6. It's not that bad, most of the time you're going to cascade into a mana rock and a 4 or 5 drop, add onto that the caveats of needing to be from hand and only 7 or greater with Zhulodok himself having 0 protection in an identity with explicitly the worst protection in the game and he's pretty fair to manage. The fucked up part comes from the existence of darksteel monolith, that card is nasty, basically turns off his main downside.

Honestly, you'd be surprised. More often than not, you cascade into the cheap artifacts you're running in order to just play the game at all, or one of your three interaction spells that do basically nothing when cascaded into. Looking at you, Warping Wail. That said, few things are as satisfying as watching the tears well up in everyone's eyes when they hear the words "All is Dust".
