​@@KaliSticksssI bought my nearly retired dad a tablet for Christmas. While setting up his new YT account the default home page was terrifying to look at. Given that I put his real age, YT decided all he wanted to watch was garbage outrage mongering "news" outlets (Infowars-lite basically). Regardless of whether they were left or right wing, I think rage bait content is bad wherever it comes from, but fuck me... if that's what people are being fed the moment they create an account, no wonder we end up with parts of the population so wildly disconnected from one another. I had to essentially pre-tune his algorithm by watching and liking a bunch of non-political content to clean up his home screen (ended up going with mostly DIY and travel content), but if I didn't do that then idk where he could end up in a few years. (Obviously, I'll be keeping in touch with him anyway) It takes years to build up our own bullshit detector so we can be aware of when we're in a bubble and when our inner desire to feel righteous is being taken advantage of. Even then, it's a continuous effort, and it's imperative to constantly remind ourselves that we're all susceptible to bullshit. Nowadays I'm gonna be finding myself having to basically parent my older and younger family members as they come across all this stuff for the first time, and idk how that's sustainable. Dunno why I'm ranting about this on a Geoguessr video, but I guess we all just gotta vent sometimes.

It seems like there's a lot of Toronto and southern Ontario popping up, so here's a tip, especially for times like 19:18 where a street sign is visible: Whenever the sign is a blue bar with white on the top and bottom, and the top curves a bit, as you can see on the right side of the road, you're always going to be in Toronto, and rarely in the general area. Clicking the middle of Toronto on those signs is a guaranteed 4900 at least. There are other street signs found in Toronto, but whenever its that one specifically it's never anywhere besides central or suburban Toronto.

Yeah, but if you don't know that you are in Austria you are in a bit of a pickle, because trolleybusses are common in Europe and you can see them in cities like in Gdynia, Sopot, Lublin, Tychy, Minsk, Sarajevo, Burgas, Haskovo, Brno, Ostrava, Pardubice, Prague, Tallinn, Athens, Piraeus, Budapest, Rīga, Kaunas, Vilnius, Chişinău, Arnhem, Rotterdam, Bergen, Porto, Cluj-Napoca, București, Belgrade, Bratislava and many many more, i bet there can be a trolleybus meta and it would be pretty cool :DD

Because Geowizard rarely plays Geoguessr these days, you guys should have some challenge on An Unofficial Street World playing NM. It really is kind of a perfect map for him in terms of it being full world, no memorizable car meta (maximum one location with a recogizable car with unofficial coverage), correct compasses, and at least potentially findable locations on the Google map (although with of course an enormous range of difficulty). With No Moving and no time limit I think he could compete with you.
