My eBay account was suspended because they say they found discrepancy in my information.I talk to customer support and realize my bank account needed to be verified. I did the verification with the micro deposits, received the confirmation that was successfully done, the payments teams by phone told me that I had to wait 48h to the account to be set again but then I got an email saying that my account was blocked again with the "discrepancy", that they don't explain what it is and with no reverse option. Not sure how this happen, but must be an error message. I was receiving payouts, selling with no problems, I have done all the payments to eBay I have this account for 16 years, Ive been selling for 10 years, I have 100 positive feeback. Thanks for positively responding. I contacted Ebay for Business and they gave me a link to download info. I called Ebay back to confirm they got it. So far I have asked 3 times what did I do wrong so I can make sure I don't do it again. Three reps told me I did nothing wrong, IT'S RANDOM and they are doing it to a lot of buyers. Idk about that but OK. They got more than enough info they said. I sent a lot. Hopefully by Monday it will be reinstated. I'm correcting titles, finishing drafts, and changing prices so I can be ready. ​

I was suspended with the same e-mail the second I uploaded one listing. I think it's due to uploaded a large stock off the bat, ebay deems you a risk because you may fail multiple orders. I phoned up and was asked 3 questions: 1. Do I have a wholeseller? A: Yes 2. How do I intend on shipping? A: Royal Mail 3. What price am I charging? A: Slightly under market price After that they told me my account cannot be reinstated and that I was permanently banned and I could not even BUY off ebay anymore. I understand that all credentials for a new eBay account should be different than those of the one that has been suspended. I can change the internet provider, I can change the device, I can change the phone number or email. But how on earth can I change UTR or any other bank detail? Even if I had trustful friends they would need to process VAT returns etc. It's easy to exceed a VAT threshold and then you need to pay.
