2008 Zanu lost elections to Tsvangirai and in 2018 Mnangagwa lost to Chamisa and the same outcome in 2023. There is no need for a transitional authority because it's on record Chamisa won. You are right that the army are civil servants and must submit to the will of the people as prescribed in the constitution. Zanu PF used it so long to return power and a new Zimbabwe must correct the anomaly! The military must be loyal to the people.
