I really doubt that a pro athlete like him, who trains hours every day, has to take any medication in order to lose weight. He just needs a good chef who works together with a nutrition expert and perhaps a personal trainer for after hours/weekends/free days, that's it. He burns thousands of calories every day, with normal healthy food and a good chunk of proteins/meats he will lose weight easily.

Some guys are late bloomers and time is moving on so as you get used to the lifestyle and culture of any new environment, some guys take their time to get adjusted and others flow right into it while some need time to get comfortable .... See, when looking at good or even great players, you don't know their mental make-up concerning socially how they adjust to environments. You cannot discredit new environment and development because the person has to be comfortable within themselves .... Why do you think some guys choke in big games while others who are not as good always come through? It's adjusting to something new or a situation ... also, we never know someone's vices: food, women, money, bad friends, trusting people too much, too strict, self-deprecating, etc...

Look at Joel Embiid. He was plagued with injuries his first 4 seasons or so, I think even missed MORE games than Zion. But he turned around to a league MVP and gold medal Olympian. He doesnt have a chip, and Philly won’t put good players around him and he still deals with injuries here and there - Zion just turned 24: he has PLENTY of time left and hasn’t even reached his prime. We’ve only seen flashes of Zion at 100%, and he’s unstoppable at 100% - if he stays healthy into his prime and NOLA keeps good people around him.. they’re winning CHIPS, multiple. Especially if the NBA adds the expansion teams to the western conference in the next few years, and New Orleans moves to the weaker Eastern Conference… oh man it’s over with if they’re in the East.
