Wow what a great video! It was almost like an ASMR video with all the sounds your mike picked up... everything from the water sounds while on the tender, the bus slipping through the rainforest, the pebbles crunching underfoot on the path, and then the river and cave sounds. I actually felt like I was right there with you!

That exact excursions was one of the top 3 best days of my life! I went with 5 other people & it was incredible. I am returning to Belize on the Carnival Magic first week of January & will be hitting the coral reefs or a river tour with my daughter. Sorry for the 2 year delay in responding, but I'm a new subscriber! hahahahaha 20+ cruises in and I'm only now following cruise vloggers on KZbin lol For the record, my party tubed first, then ziplined and were a disgusting sweaty mess by the end...it was JULY! HA

Congratulations my friend...you slimmed down enough to zipline!!!! You're looking good and must be so proud! My dream is to do the zipline and tubing just like you're doing there in Belize. I've always heard that excursion is AMAZEBALLS!! Last time I was in Belize, the only time, I was well over 300 pounds and in such poor physical condition, there's no way I would attempt such a thing. They probably wouldn't let me anyway. Now over 100 pounds down and ready to rock! I'm 64 but I'm goin' You and Jenny were such an inspiration to me to drop the pounds. After I dropped that weight I went on a cruise and ate everything they had and plenty of it. 3 apps, 2 entrees, 3 desserts...plenty of Guys and Blue Iquana (breakfast burritos) OMG! I gained 9 pounds. Oh well, back to the drawing board. 40 pounds to go. Gotta lose it before my next cruise so I can indulge once more. I'm strict all the time but cruises are for hedonistic pleasure. You are a wonderful couple and obviously very much still in love. You must have missed her very much when you were in China. Love to you both.

We did that Zipline/Cavetube excursion last year along with the Polaris (Jungle Buggy) ride through the jungle. To this day its still one of my favorite excursions of any port I have been to so far.

With research, there is a tubing and lunch excursion that young people will CARRY your tube to the river! A must for the “mature or fluffy tourist”

It looks like you got your exercise for the day. ;) In July we did the Baltic Sea cruise on the Norwegian Getaway. My step tracker showed that we averaged 11 miles a day of walking. I actually lost two pounds on that cruise.

Those school busses.... we went to Lamanai and on the road hit a bump and everyone in the bus left the seat haha... no seatbelts even on the bus, although, even here, on public busses anyway, there is no seatbelts. Fun experience, next time here, I'm doing cave tubing!

I did this excursion and the thing I remembered the most was the stairs almost straight up at the end of the cave tubing. I can see why you didn’t show that on the camera. It would be hard to vlog and climb those stairs. There was a lot. I was exhausted.

Lucinda Rodriquez the hardest part for me was the stairs after the cave tubing. There was a lot of them. Also EECC travels did that same excursion in 2018 I think and they have vlogs on it. You may have already seen those.

I remember the endless walking when I went cave tubing in Belize! It was fun in the cave but the water levels were down and the guide had to push us along in some places. We went in 04 for our first cruise on the Valor.
