When I was like 9, I was obsessed with hair. I would watch these videos and do the styles on my American gurl dolls. For weeks, I tried to do this style, but I could not figure it out. I kinda gave up on trying and unintentionally stopped doing hair. But now, I am going to make it my mission to figure this out!!

What I love about this is, it shows the expression and versatility of long hair. i know quite a few mums that keep their girls hair short because it's "easier" in the morning" to look after. Such a shame to lose that experience as a child because a parent is too busy!

Totally do-able on your own hair (after you watch the starter part half a dozen times) looks amazing as pigtail braids into sloppy joe buns at the back. Definitely took some practice, and yes, damp hair is much easier to work with when you don't have an extra set of hands.
