I used the magnetic zip for a Reno job last year, it worked flawlessly, my wife was a happy camper about keeping the rest of the house dust free!

Ugh. It didn’t close back up and the other sales lady sneaked in and tapped it shut.

Watching the video I can tell you why... the bottom of the magnetic door needs "kiss" the floor enough to prevent dust but not enough to bunch up on the floor. I've been using the magnetic door for at least 4-5 years when GEWAY better than fighting the zipper!!N 1 was released - they are reliable, effective and coast effective.
