Hello, I was wondering if you could help me out. I've been looking all over for information on the physical conditioning and qi gong methods of Ziranmen and I was wondering if I could ask exactly what those different training methods entail . For example, the Zhang Zhuang, or body stump exercise, the triangular stump exercise, the bamboo stem drilling exercise and so on. I would appreciate it wholeheartedly if you would be so kind as to show me a complete list of the exercises you do in training

Do you have videos of NeiquanShou, walking on tiptoes in the low stance?

Ken Lek. We are regrouping and will make and put out more videos eventually. Neiquan shou will be at the top of the list.

Leslie Smith Great videos. I studied under the late Master Lv in 1991, but sadly did not record any videos. Great to see you have videos of his excellent techniques.

(Cont.) as for both physical conditioning and qi gong. You see, I'm a student of the art as well and I'm always on the lookout for new exercises to improve my skill in the art. Again, if you would be kind enough to tell me, I would very much appreciate it.

I'd be more impressed to see their sparring. billions of kungfu schools do this this same kind of training.
@k_lead32446 жыл бұрын
nomamao we did sparring but only the students that studies at least 1 year which weren't that many. But I must agree we didn't do it enough to be proficient fighters. Master Lu said to us if we don't fight often we can't expect to be good fighters.
