Hi Zizi. I absolutely love your content. I realised that you take your iron supplements and then have coffee. Coffee/tea inhibit iron absorption, rather wait a minimum of 2 hours between your taking your supplements and having coffee/tea. Also have your iron supplements with orange juice (Vit C rich foods) for instance. I hope you find this well.
