I disagree with your Springer Final Thought... You don't want that lift pad touching anything BUT the pinch weld because there's painted plastic body parts and other body parts that weren't meant to support the weight of the vehicle if it's really resting on any of it. Also, the gap is way too large, just like their Jack MagPads, which gives you the feeling you talked about that it may just slip out from under you as you described. I want to LOVE this company and this part, but unfortunately, I'm not too confident in it. Also, why no instructions included? Also, why no part # on the box? I thought I was given the wrong part at first, seemed very universal and not unique to my Charger application.

Okay, I just received these for my 2012 Dodge Charger, and I swear, they seem to fit weird. For starters, the pinch-weld gap seems way too wide, but maybe it doesn't matter. Also, is the sloped/angled part of the piece supposed to sit flush with the body? I guess that would be weird, because then the piece itself would be installed at a cant, but then why make them sloped/angled on one side? Also, the pad seems to be wider than the plastic cut-out for the body, but no big deal, it sits further in, but all of it just seems very strange. So I guess to help my confusion, my question is, is the only part that comes in contact with the vehicle the base of the pinch-weld gap area, and the sloped/angled part doesn't touch the car (like where that big bolt/washer is)?

Awesome video. Was just looking at these on the website just today cause I think the red ones aren't the most stable out there. This is the first car that I've had that was such a pain to get jacked up on all fours!Thanks for the info and the great videos. Use rubber hockey pucks from amazon and glue in rare earth magnets and trim to fit pinch welds cost less then $40.00

You buy a set of Jackpoint Jackstands with their flat, recessed pad and put the ZL1addons adapter on top of that.

There are these plastic couch legs in front of the rear wheels. I am almost 100% positive they are for jacking

Chargers should have those rubber-coated lift pads on the back, so you only need to get two for the front.

Eric Keen no the car has a little cup type thing you can jack on right next to the rear pinch weld so it already has a good location

I tried these on my charger and was unable to get them to secure to the pinch weld. The three angled bumps on the pinch weld just pushed mine off as I tightened the set screws. Guy at Zl1 said he had never seen a pinch weld that looked like mine, but it looks just like yours and every other charger I've seen. Did you have any issues getting them to secure on the pinch weld?

Derrin Holt mine weld down just fine and I even tried after they were tightened down to pull them off just to make sure 😧

MOPARGuy Glad I'm not the only one who had this issues. I was surprised when honestlyocd said his fit no problem. The guy kept telling me my shit was bent and that he had never seen a pinch weld like mine, probably cause he never test fit them on a charger. He told me to just stick them somewhere else. Which I wasn't cool with, that meant I would have to cut my rocker panel for it to fit. I want to lift my car where it is designed to lift and not modify my car for it to fit, that's the reason I bought them. I noticed the package said challenger which has a totally different pinch weld, so he just assumed they would fit the charger.

Derrin Holt that's so weird that you experienced that :O if my weld wasn't bent that way I feel these would have went on so much faster with zero issues lol but i do have to check after a little while to make sure they are still on firm and secure

Marvin Quiroz rear has pinch welds and black cup like things right next to them you can jack on .. or the rear diff as I've seen done MANY times lol
