This is truly one of the most beautiful sounding piano tones I have heard, incredible depth and resonance. I can tell you really connect with it, your playing here is so inspired and soulful. You recently turned me on to Scriabin’s music and is now one of my favorites. I hope to see you next time you play the US. May I recommend a lovely little concert venue in Connecticut, “The Katherine Hepburn Cultural Arts Center” in Old Saybrook. It’s in a nice small New England Beach town that I think you would enjoy and I know you would be very well received at that concert hall, it has a great energy there. Maybe this coming fall?

With playing of this calibre I hope she eventually records the complete preludes, not to mention the sonatas. Zlata Chochieva is undoubtedly a leading light among present day young pianists.

BRILLIANT! The spirit of Scriabin manifest through your fingertips! He even played a Bechstein in the flat where he lived in the Arbat. Phenomenal performance Ms. Chochieva!

Fantastic phrasing! It is admirable that you maintain the airy qualities of this prelude while keeping a singing tone throughout!

Gorgeous playing by Zlata, as always, thankyou. Gosh, I wish my 120 year old Bechstein grand sounded like this one!

Playing beyond reproach as usual but the recording engineer has surpassed himself here with the capture of the richness of the Bechstein, magnificent job guys!
