I wonder what the key to beating Oleg is. It seems to me his real strength is the unusual shape of his hand, and the way it is attached to that very large mucle on the top edge of his forearm, which makes it impossible to toproll him. And while his upper arm is also quite large for his size, it doesn't seem to be unusually shaped in a way that gives an inherent strength advantage in the same way his forearm and hand does. I suspect to beat Oleg you must either try to hook him and get the match into a wrist-to-wrist situation, and try to pull biceps+sidepressure versus biceps+sidepressure. Or see if you can keep your wrist straight and sidepressure him to the pad. I'm surprised to see how many people try to toproll him. I wouldn't even bother. Get inside or give up.

Problem is if u try to hook him he just toprolls u. Forearm strength is superior to upper arm strength. Where I train we have a guy with a massive biceps from years of weight training but he has no rotational strength nor forearm strength and he losses to most people who have been armwrestling and have decent underarm strength.

I'm not saying it will be easy, but if anyone "normal" who doesn't massively outweigh him is to have any chance at all, I don't think toprolling will be the way to go.

You need to get him in a hook to beat him,it's almost impossible though because his hand and pronation strength is so strong.
