@@alonch Vanilla High, so named because of the custom hilly terrain; it's _not_ a high school roleplay server. There's an easter egg in spawn explaining that every map. On the original 1.8 Wertycraft map (it's a long story; ask some of the OGs) and from 1.13-1.15 we had an amplified world. We're about to do a map reset when 1.21 comes out due to the fact that we've gone so long without major world generation changes, which is when we usually reset, that we're resetting out of sheer necessity because so many of the people who have been playing since our last reset in December 2021 have finished what they've set out to do and because the small world gen changes have added up. (But not I! I may have "finished" my town district - yes, players tend to form towns despite no Towny - but I'm building a Menger Sponge because spite. Again, it's a long story best reserved for when you're more of a regular because there's some things we keep secret from new players because, since it's a public server, we do attract a fair amount of players who think vanilla=anarchy. They don't last long before they get jailed or banned.)
