I'm 37 and played super metroid from a kid back on the console days. I've recently been playing again and my heart still thuds when getting to the boss rooms. I've only jsut got into these world records speed runs and what not and I absolutely love them I'm amazed at how skillful these gamers are x

@@zoasty original super not only had great atmosphere, but also had this unrefined charm of a 90s game. This unrefinedness also allowed for glitches and speedrun tricks like the mockball and moonfall. Un/fortunately, the game will probably be very refined, so speedrunning might be a tad bit harder. Just hope they dont screw up the atmosphere....😥
