I see my Caribbean sisters on here and I would like to school them..seeing this video should remind all of us that our culture is evident that our ancestors is from the continent of Africa. We just didn’t discover sorrel on our Caribbean island we call home. The wicked colonizers stole all these goods from the motherland along with our ancestors and of course our ancestors never lost a touch of their culture and continued the tradition. By the way , love me some sorrel whenever especially over the Christmas holidays 🥰

You can add dates instead of sugar, sugar is not too healthy for the body, the sweet taste from the fruits are perfect too. Zobo is one of the drinks that helps lower blood pressure, but strictly stay away from SUGAR.
