Loved this blog, Zoe! To answer your question, I would say that Target is above Walmart in terms of quality of items (and shopping experience) while still being affordable. Sometimes it’s expensive if you’re not careful. 😂 Something I’ve been putting off is restringing my boyfriend’s electric guitar! He let me borrow his when mine was getting its strings replaced and because his were so old, one of them snapped. No biggie, easy fix! 🎸

Target’s known for their shopping experience and if you have the app they have a lot of coupons and discount offers. Things could end up cheaper at walmart, but they do have some generic brand items that are worth getting! Inflation has affected everything here, but if you shop smart, target has some great deals. So cool seeing someone not from the USA go shopping there, it makes us Americans appreciate the norms here. Cheers!

next time you are in Burlington try August First bakery- so yummy! If you are willing to drive a bit further I recommend visiting the White Mountains in New Hampshire. Littleton/ Franconia are some towns I would recommend, beautiful mountains, very nice in the summer and for winter sports.

I live in the US near a target but almost never shop there because it's expensive. It's fun to walk around sometimes, I think the stuff they sell is cute & it's very tempting to buy things there. But in the same shopping center there is a TJ Maxx, Marshalls, & Ross where I can get home goods cheaper, Aldi where I can get groceries cheaper, and Costco where I can get home goods or groceries in bulk (therefore making them cheaper). Trader Joe's is the best - it's the only thing my shopping center is missing haha. Something I've been putting off is cleaning the bathrooms. It's on my to-do list everyday but never gets crossed off. I invited company over for new year's therefore I will have to get that done before they arrive haha.

I would say Target is for all income classes but mainly suitable for middle and high class income levels. A lot of people prefer Target; they say it has everything. I personally don’t see the hype about it. I shop equally between Target and Walmart and yes! Target is way more expensive… You do get different vibes from both though. But I sometimes have to be careful with the prices when going to Target
