Yes you can. I freeze mines for several weeks and even months and they taste the same.

No, do not spray anything. These cookies are very delicate so no spraying of any kind. If you don’t have these mats use parchment paper.

@@ZoeyandVFam thank you. I'm baking some right now and it keeps sticky to the mat even when I've baked it for at least 18 mins, turning it at 9 mins. I have the same mat as yours. Also mine is very hollow so the top ends up breaking when I try to remove it from the mat after it cools down. 😔💔😞

You can try a higher temperature to see if it helps. If they are sticking to the mat it’s either undercook, too wet, or meringue was not whisk to stiff peak.

290-300 for 20 minutes, you may have to turn your tray half way through baking.
