another Great Video Nick! Zoho should hire you - You've explained their product very well. I'm on the fence between this and Salesforce, thing is with this is that each input screen is right sized but then looking at each view is BIG but then when you edit a record it is so small, you can't right size the window you are looking at. that's just my opinion QUESTION. Will the task show up under the Account and the contact?

Answer: Yes, provided the task is associated with both the account and contact (which happens automatically) then you will be able to see the task in both areas of the system. Such a great video Nick. Thank you for sharing. Me being a DJ I am usually a B2C business. You said having an account name is mandatory. How would I do an account name if they are usually a 1-time customer? Should I do the customer name? or should I make an all-inclusive one like a B2C account? Thank you for your input. Hi Ronnie, thanks for the kind comments! I would create the account as the client's surname with a unique ref number and then add all of the contacts associated with that 'account' to the account record. For instance, my account would be 'Boardman', and then a contact record 'Nick Boardman' would be added to the account. I hope this helps. Nick, GREAT tutorial, thanks for helping the community! I am very familiar with CRM’s(decades using them among several corporate employers). My dilemma is I have around 10,000 contacts in my iCloud account and I would like to sync those contact to ZOHO as leads. I’ve been looking through the ZOHO apps for an answer, unfortunately, I haven’t found a solution. As you can imagine, importing such a high number of contacts is a little scary if it were not ported correctly. ANY THOUGHTS.

Hi Nick, using the free version to test out Zoho. I imported a csv file and had nowhere to put some information in so I mapped it to "Description information" I'm trying to create a look up for those contacts but don't see Description information as a choice in the "Filter Accounts By" window. Any help here?

After converting leads to contacts , At the end of the month I need a record of all the leads that came in but if after converting they get shifted to contacts/accounts. How do I make sure I get a complete list of all the leads so far ?

Great question! So if you want to see all the leads that came into the system for a particular month you are best to use the reporting inside of Zoho CRM, and you can create filter criteria for the report. I hope this helps! If you have any additional questions please do not hesitate to ask.
