Thank you very much for the detailed vids.. I am also starting with zoho forms & have a very basic ques. I am looking to add tables in my Zoho Forms.. for eg when did a student start & finish their studies their program name & city of education and same is with their work history. However, I am unable to do this in the zoho forms. Can you pls guide. Best

how to use this as a webform, i am trying to make customized form but seems like i don't have enough option in crm webforms. i came at zoho forms and build the form as i like and want to use this as a webform and integrate it on a website

Good question. You create the form and then click on share. In the share choose or html. Those will need to go to your web developer. He will know what to do.

Hi, I am having an issue. I have converted a Lead into "Contacts" and "Case" which they will automatic have their name and info filled. But when in "contacts" I create a new case, The Name and Info are blanks, are you able to assist me in that? In whenever i create a new Case under a contact, the name and info does not need to be filled again, it will be automatic filled.

One of the field settings is mandatory. Just "check" the checkmark.

@@smallbusinessautomation I know that, sir. But after inserting the name field in the forms the mandatory option for it is not showing. I thought it was usually like this but when I rewatched your video it was available for you and not for me. I wonder why.
