@FBurgCRM - great tutorial...two things were unclear to me So do you have to add UTM parameters to your links in order for it to track the actual person you sent your email to, or does Zoho automatically know? And do you have to load the leads before you activate the Goal (and send the email)? Or will Zoho go back through your past emails and align the reporting of your loaded leads accordingly? My guess is "no", right? You have to have your leads loaded and Goals active before sending an email out to the targets...correct?
