In my past life at corp ameriaca, I was repsonsible for Salesforce implementation. It's been a while. We implemented Zoho at my company and I have watched several of your videos. I wanted to say , great job and keep them coming. I can always pick up a snippet or two from each that is extremely helpful.

I remember hearing you say that zoho support often takes you for ride until you finally give up and stop burning your time. One thing I find annoying about email support is txt formatting, additional things like smily/frown faces for feedback and that logo exploded by 500%.

Zoho support is great for "How to" questions and this is their job. They will fail when asking business questions and how to implement business challenges on Zoho.

I'm in love with your channel. I've been looking all over for good content on Zoho. I wonder if you could help me out. I'm looking for a restaurant management software / POS that will work well with Zoho Books. I'm aware of applications developed in Zoho Creator. But they don't attract me

Rashad Razak I do not think so. There are tons of great pos out there. Zoho is not one of them.

You can but i dont recommend it. If you do choose to do it, you will need to have a good structure to support it.
