I think Zomato is not treating their delivery boys well. Recently I ordered something and received a call from the delivery boy. He said that the company will give money only as per the shortest distance from hotel to destination. But since our institute gate in the shortest route is closed, he needed to travel 4kms extra, which will be a loss for him. He requested me if I could either cancel the order from my side (which would bring me loss as I've already paid for the food) or if I could come to the institute gate in the shortest route (which is 2kms from my lab, and I needed to cycle till there in 1pm heat). Since I was having a calm head at that time, and I was not busy with anything else, I agreed to the latter. Had I been busy or angry then, it would have resulted in a loss to both of us.. I think the companies should take better care of their employees in such cases..

No, personally I don't think so. Some women, who were treated horribly by men, probably many men, and are feminists might hate men in general due to the trauma of their experiences. The oppressed hating their oppressors isn't a surprising thing. Probably you could connect it with the hatred the oppressed castes might have felt for the privileged castes during social reform activities in the past. It has to do with the individuals and is heavily subjective. But the aim of those social reforms were not hating the so called upper castes, it was equality. Similarly some women, who are feminists, might hate men, but that is not what feminism is about. It is their individual choice to hate men. Feminism is about equality and liberation. It has a wider perspective and significance than individual choices. The word pseudo-feminism is used by supporters of patriarchy to degrade the wider worldview of equality and freedom for all genders. (It is my personal opinion)
