In I think Bdubs video he says he tried to clear room for it and accidentally picked up some rotten flesh. He didn’t realize this and when he broke the table he didn’t have an open slot for it lol.

When picking up Kevin Refrigerator Bubbles Jimmy Mad Eye Dougan Malone the Third (?) en route, the crew encounter zombies (not of the Cleo variety). The singular space (inventory management is not his forte) Skizz had kept for the 'grab' section of the 'smash and grab' mission got filled up with rotten flesh.
