No one has mentioned this yet but I really love Josh's personality and interviewing style so much in every interview I see him give. You can tell how naturally personable he is and how at ease the cast is with him by how they're laughing and just enjoying themselves, and the questions themselves are so interesting after what I expect are them hearing the same five questions over and over again from other news outlets.

I really hate this attitude on hollywood with the "lets not pay the writer too much money" and then spent 40 times that amount on one actor. I mean, you have basically no movie without a script, you SHOULD pay these people tons of money for the writing. Some people argue A list actor bring a lot of audience. Well... a lot of real life example proved that was a myth. Maybe they bring some (like the Rock probably bring some audience). But if you have a good script, it means you have a good story, and it will certainly bring more audience.

In the old days, one popular actor was enough to bring in a huge audience. Nowadays, I think you need multiple stars to pull a similar result (2 actors will be enough for B movie comedies). Also, it seems to me, the more someone tries to act, the worse it looks. Good actors are usually the ones who simply read the lines and let the script and the wardrobe do the acting. Get a good script, good editors and a few good readers with a charismatic face: you've made yourself a pretty good movie. I should point out: the most memorable soundtracks usually come from the best movies. So picking the right tracks, or even investing on an original composer, sure goes a long way.
