And honestly Idk about why the sister would do that my only guess is so the guys wouldn't find out they're names but I don't get how after like 6-10 years that they don't trust each other enough to tell each others their names.

They might know each other’s names but they’re so nickname attached that they use them often. I have friends whose real names I never use, so for all we know they know exactly what to call each other. But they’re so attached to those nicknames they choose not to.
