Sometimes I wonder if Addison is a Siren, *(Not a mermaid! A siren! To further support the setup that the supernatural creatures in these movies are usually considered deadly and dangerous. Sirens are extremely dangerous, stereotypically so a mermaid would be pretty off..)* it would kind of explain why she gathers everyone so quickly to agree with her or follow her in her songs and why her hair was glowing blue. It's probably the most far out thing that I've just written but anything would be better than an Alien plotline.

@@mariane5564 A siren is much *much* more deadly than any mermaid in legend, they pull you in with their singing so they can kill you. They can disguise themselves as anything they want, no matter what sound they make, you'll be drawn to it if you're in the area, sometimes they can put you in a trance and pull you to them or you willingly follow their voice because you believe it is someone calling for you specifically. Sorry if that's a bit jumbled, but yeah, the basic gist is that legends say Sirens will brutally murder you, while mermaids are never really considered dangerous.

I just loved the dynamic of Zed wanting to be human and being normal while addison wants to be different like the werewolves and have a pack and be proud. Like they want what the other has. So I loved how they continued the plotline of zed wanting to be human by making his poster look human just wish they added like a scene of him messing with his z band to look human again despite it having drastic consequences and addison confronting zed about it and why he would put himself in danger like that

My understand of the necklaces is that when the Werewolves go without their power for too long they get sick and die, but they can still take them off briefly. With Addison, they didn’t believe she was a full Werewolf, only part Werewolf, so she didn’t need the necklace growing up, but if she had put it on and become a full Werewolf then she would have needed it. I still believe Addison is the Great Alpha even though she’s not a wolf though. The hair could still come from something else too, but they never technically said the Great Alpha had to be a wolf and she did lead them to the Moonstone.

I loved this movie even more than the first one, I love how different it is from the first one. The music was great, it was shot like a movie for the cinema, the 2 main characters got a lot of development. Ok Adi got a bit more (I love you Meg❤) the costume design was amazing. SPOILERS To bad we didn't got a lot from Bucky and Eliza, cuz they are my fav, the main couple always kiss in the second movie, but it wasn't build up enough in the first one so I didn't feel like a big deal. All of the Zombies have a "Z" in their name, all of the werewolfs have a "W" in their names. So Addison could be an Alien!!! But tbh that is maybe too crazy and I reather have more character development that more new characters

I'm actually really glad Addison isn't a werewolf (and called it from the beginning) because it was too easy an explanation (in my opinion), and I'm glad we'll hopefully get a third film all about the origins of her hair and what it actually means, although I wish it wasn't/hope it isn't aliens since we already have Gabby Duran & the Unsittables (how often is Disney Channel going to bring aliens into their content in this modern era???). Also, I hope in the third we get more explanation for Bucky's prejudice against monsters and anyone that isn't like him, like is it an insecurity? Here are some guesses I heard online of what Addison is: 1. Zombie 2. Werewolf 3. Alien 4. Time-Traveler 5. Siren or Mermaid 6. Angel Other creatures besides the ones listed above: 1. Vampire 2. The same species as Frankenstein 3. Robot 4. Hybrid or can fall under more than one category. 5. Witch 6. Someone with Magic hair. Addison’s hair glowing reminded me of Rapunzel’s hair glowing, so maybe Addison also have magic hair since Rapunzel also has magic hair. 7. Addison is a time traveling Alien or a regular alien who came to Earth when she was a baby because her home planet was too dangerous. Maybe Addison would have to travel from the future because the events of her planet being in danger takes place in the future. That planet would be the only planet or other planets would be too far so the nearest one would be where Earth used to be. Earth might not be a safe place to live on in the future so Addison would be sent to the past where Earth is still safe to live on. I’m still not sure what Addison could be so I was just listing what I heard, other creatures, and even a time traveling alien theory.

I still think Addison is the Alpha, but that the moonstone had been drained by humans using it as a power source that it wasn't able to transform her..... However at the end of the movie when what was believed to be a meteorite fell from the sky (honestly I think it's another moon stone) she was hit by that power..... But I think Addison is a triad hybrid..... Human/Wolf/zombie...... The great unifier of Seabrook.... I'm thinking if there is a 3rd installment the Zombies will be off their Z bands because of their exposure to the moonstone that originally changed them..... Plus I think in Z3 Wynter and Bucky will either be an item or on their way to being an item..... Truthfully though Eliza and Wyatt was more than hinted at..... Addison can still be the great Alpha even if she isn't a werewolf. Alpha just means the leader of the pack, and they said when they were lifting the moonstone that their pack is all of them (humans/werewolves/zombies) now. She's the one bringing them together.

They can’t go to Prawn? But they can go to your school? HOW ARE THE WEREWOLVES ALLOWED IN THE SCHOOL? Love Triangle was awful and only existed for two seconds Who was the Great Alpha? Bucky did the whole Sharpay “turn good at end then completely rebound” (though I acknowledge he changed a lot from menacing towards zombies to just joking discrimination.) All of the Aceys comedy was not that funny. Weird Climax The confusing arcs. (For example in Flesh and Bone Zed sings about he became the problem, but nothing that’s happening with the moonstone is his fault. NOTHING is his fault in this movie! Yet he keeps walking around like it is.) Contrived moonstone explosion right under the school. Why did the werewolves care about going to Prawn? I thought Zed was going to help them find the moonstone or something. What was his plan once they got there? To watch them die. Why would the anti monster laws still be in effect after the moonstone was blown up? Lack of a conclusive ending (mainly for sequel bait but still) They should’ve just kept Zed and Addison separate during their arcs, and not have the whole weird zombie werewolf 2 second battle after Addison got “kidnapped” If they thought Addison was a werewolf, wouldn’t she have died from not having a moonstone? How do the moonstones work? Felt like scenes were cut out. Moonstone ending was a convenience Really? A Zed fake out death? While Zed was acting more human, his goals weren’t assimilation. Even if he had human posters, his goals were always to help the Zombies. It wasn’t turning more human that made him lose, it was the opposite. While Zed taking the necklace was in character, it was awful! He basically would have caused the death of all werewolves if Addison was the Great Alpha. THE TWO SUBPLOTS: Werewolves and Class President; are not related at all, so the whole movie feels not together. Fourth wall breaking is still weird. Are werewolf’s immortal? Can they reproduce (same question with Zombies, not really a minus I’ve just never got that.) For it being about the werewolves, they are barely mentioned when not on screen. The government has no reason to not listen to the werewolves. It’s not like they knew the moonstone was in the demolition area. Too many dance breaks in songs. (It was cool at first but got old really fast). Don’t get me wrong. I fricking love the movie so muchhhhhh. But its whole is so much worse than the sum of its parts.

Flesh and bone was my fave song. I actually loved this movie but I am also disappointed that many of the characters didnt have much development, and some most notably Bucky and the other cheerleaders even seemed to backslide a little and fall back into their old prejudices. I also agree I think Eliza would have made a MUCH better candidate for prez than Zed. But it seems like Eliza doesn't really want the spotlight, or maybe she's "using " Zed because he "makes a good face" so to speak because hes charming, cute and popular, so in a way she does use that to further her agenda But in her defense, she does call him on him losing sight of himself first. I also agree the movie did seem kind of ... rushed. More so than the first one. I also like how it tackles prejudices in this one and isn't afraid to. When I saw the first movie, I was all like "dang disney you still got some guts!" I also like in the 2nd one, they also tackle the reality that prejudices can also happen within minorities (like with the zombies and the werewolves) . I also like how with all this going on there is still the "normal" high school issues too lol. I love jealous Zed, because it really lays open the flaws in his character, people who arent confident in themselves get jealous, and beneath his swagger and such, Zed is actually still, to some degree, scared and ashamed of who he is , But eventually learns to love and accept himself as what he is ... a monster.... and that's NOT a bad thing. The other thing that bothers me was the movie wanted us to believe that the kiss at prom was their first kiss, and that is like ... totally inaccurate IMO. The time line of the movie wasn't outright told to us, but I assumed it was at least about 6 mos after the events of the first movie, which means they've been going out for what ... 6 mos give or take? Come on now, I was 15-16 (their ages in the movie) once ... there is NO WAY that was their first kiss 🙄. Still, it was a very good kiss tho.

The songs were great, and they didn't reuse the same 3 over and over. Addison is one of the best female protagonists i've seen in a while. Addison and Zed's relationship has become my new favorite of the Disney ships, I like how they don't constantly argue or break up, or run away from each other. to be honest i think Addison could still be a werewolf. I think that when her necklace connected to Zed's z band it drained the power that's why her necklace didn't work when she put it on. The alphas necklace was also the only one that wasn't recharged by the moonstone because i think the werewolves just assumed it was still fully charged. Also the meteor could contain a really high concentration of moonstone that why her clock went weird and her hair glowed. If you remember Wyatt said that their necklaces do weird things to electricity.

I think Addison is the alpha. Since the wolves found there great alpha (Addison) and they found the moon stone. what if it’s time for the alpha to get her real necklace and what if the great alpha can’t just have an ordinary necklace but what if her necklace is in the comet. It’s like that comet was waiting for the great alpha to be found and know when the time was right to come.The comet and Addisons hair was the same color as the necklace. What if In zombies 3 Addison with the help of Wyatt they go search for that comet finding out when it crashed it broke into many stones and Addison had to find her alpha necklace in the mix of the many other stones and her only has a certain amount of time or she’ll never b a wolf (as a twist). With Addison hair glowing I think it’s because it’s a power only the great alpha...maybe.

Hear me out: What if Addison really is a Werewolf and still is the Great Alpha? Ok so I know the stone didn’t work on her but what if what the other werewolves don’t realize is that it takes time to work. Maybe she has to wear it for until the next full moon before she becomes a real werewolf. I know it sounds weird that the werewolves wouldn’t know about their own technology but since they’ve never actually used that stone on the Great Alpha before they can’t actually fully know how it works right? I also think this because yes there was that comet and it makes you think she’s an alien but also werewolves thrive off the moon, moonstones probably came from the moon or some other space thing like comets. What was falling from the sky could have been more moonstones and her hair lit up because she really is the great alpha and is connected to the moonstones. Besides the fact that she has white hair and almost all of the werewolves can’t be coincidence right? Or totally different theory she is actually an alien and she was sent in ship like Superman and Supergirl to Earth and that’s why she has white hair(she’s not from Krypton by the way, somewhere else) and why it flowed when the comet which was really a spaceship came.

The thing I didn't like is how it just dropped the hints at a Wyatt/Addison thing at the end. Even if Addison was never going to be more than friends with Wyatt, they hinted all through the movie that Wyatt was having feelings for her. And then it's discovered that she's not a werewolf and there's nothing more after that. It's like she's not the Great Alpha, I don't want her anymore. Even if it was just a brief glance of sadness from him while Addison and Zed were kissing or something to let us know it was still there and might be in the third movie, even if he does end up moving on to be with Eliza. It just felt really sudden.

For me personally this movie was not well done. I felt like it was a lot better than the first one. I absolutely loved the amount of character in this film. I felt like everyone had a reason for everything. I felt like you could sorta connect with every character. I don’t know I really liked it, and I loved the werewolves. When I saw the trailer I was like “There is no way that’s working!” And it just did, and I adore Zeds relationship with the werewolves because it just made sense, like his reasoning for not like them because he doesn’t like himself and I don’t know why I liked that so much. However, the thing that made this movie so bad for me was because it honestly felt like there were like 20 missing scenes because like we see this moment were Zed stands up for the werewolves but we never see his realization that he needs to do that or that he needs to come to the rally. There were just other scenes like that were I was like “This movie is moving so fast for me and just skipping all the important stuff”. Like I could easily fill in the blanks for scenes I would have liked to see but I don’t want to. My other nit picky thing was like they didn’t need to start at the beginning of Cheer camp, I mean I guess they had to show addisons leadership but I still wasn’t a big fan of how that entire thing was executed.

I know that this is now a few weeks later and that maybe I'm not the first the think this, but I think the reason why the Werewolves that were at the protest ended up getting sick soon after, is because they came and breathed in straight up colloidal silver, so they got sick from ingesting it. Then once their necklaces are fully charged they are able to fight the silver poisoning. I think that would explain why they soon after the building explodes started coughing. I'd like some other people's opinion on the matter though.

I feel like Addison is a werewolf and when she was a baby they had to erase her memory(shes adopted) because they didn't want werewolf's in life. And to add into erasing her memory they had to do something to her to make her not be a werewolf. That's why she could live. Also when the purple thingy(the other source) came down it broke the thing they did to her. That's why her hair glowed when it came down. For me personally I didn't like it as much as the first one, I understand it's technically a musical movie but I felt there were too many back to back songs that were unnecessarily there to just resolve plots instead actually using dialogue. So it made the movie feel rushed and issues too quickly resolved. And the whole monster law thing was confusing, and the school and town accepted the werewolves into their school and town way too easily compared to when the Zombies came to their schools. Especially considering how threatening the werewolves were when they entered. There were too many plots going at once which I also felt hindered the movie, so the pacing was all over the place. The whole cheer camp plot could've been dropped it wasn't necessary to the movie. And that character Baby Ariel did was so annoying, she was way overdone and not funny. The character was not needed, the first movie did not have any sorta character like that in it so I don't know why they put one in this one. So I didn't fully hate the movie, just felt the first one was done better.

So timetraveller was not my first theory. The image that she saw in the cave didn't look like a werewolf, it was just someone who howled and addison learned how to howl by the end of that song. Maybe Addison's family ancestry someone faced the same thing that happened to Susan from Monsters vs. Aliens or maybe she faced that situation when she was a child and they kept it hidden from her. So now she and the moon stone are like connected. And the reason why I thought the clock was freaking out was Whyatt had explained that their necklaces have a way with technology and they showed it happening on a few examples. Well what if because a new moonstone was crashing, it was active, which protects it from breaking as it enters the atmosphere, that's why it affected the clock. This movie made me think too much

I hadn't even noticed how only Addison and her clock reacted to the comet, which makes me think she might be an android or a robot. The clock is the only tech/machine we see acting up in response to the event, and the fact that her and her hair respond to it as well might mean she's also a machine. I feel like time traveller doesn't really match up with the universe of Zombies, but I love the idea of it nonetheless and would love to see it happen. Just as long as she's not an alien

i feel like the moonstones strengthened their werewolf powers and without it they would be basically human, which they do not want, as opposed to the zombies. That's what Addison being the great Alpha made so much sense to me because without the moonstones they would more human like. But then I got confused at the end when the werewolves thought the moonstone was gone and they all suddenly fell sick although i guess it could have just been that they felt like losing the moonstones so their whole sickness was their mind playing games.

You’ve talked in the past that you’ve taken some indigenous studies classes... did you see the connection to the werewolves being an indigenous population... I don’t know if I saw it more being Canadian with the pipeline protests... but the story as a whole seemed to draw a link between the werewolves trying to get back what belongs to them which reminds me of the First Nations trying to keep their land their land and not letting the government ruin their land... but then specifically some of the lines in flesh and bones linked the idea even more to me
