It doesn’t mean treyarch can’t make anything better,they probably could do a better job it’s just they never have time to actually invest time into the game,if they had a few years with no interruptions and no activison rushing them,they could do some amazing looking maps,it’s just they don’t have time,the community has nothing but time to be honest,but let’s also understand their remasters are built upon what’s already their,treyarch rebuilds everything from scratch for remasters, and as far as cotd,the reason they didn’t remaster it to begin with is for the reason that George is dead,and they have to go through their estate to ask to use George,and we hope it’s not cheap,then they have to pay the voice cast which is the celebrity crew so more money spent right?the community doesn’t really care but if a lawsuit’s does happen at least it’s not the big company who was smart but hey loopholes I suppose

Cotd could never happen to be fair,they have to get approval from George’s estate to use his likeness again,then they have to. Ask the voice cast and pay them to use their likeness again,it’s a lot of money to be spent,and that’s if George’s estate doesn’t ask for an arm and a leg

I agree to some extent... The animations, kills streaks, guns, etc. Are pretty good, but the reason I didn't like cold war was because it had no soul, I wasn't interested in any of the characters or the story. all the characters we written out in bo4 and the characters we did get in CW were just hollow shells of the old characters (nerdy scientist/ macho American) even the voice actors sound similar... Which I thought was very disrespectful to the old voice actors.. considering nearly all of them wanted to return (VA for Frank Woods, Edward Richthofen, etc ) The other thing I didn't like was how easy the game was, (custom classes/massive amounts of health) And lastly was the maps... They were all too similar looking and didn't really have there own atmosphere or vibe. Also I didn't like how they added all the hud elements and radar to zombies

It’s because they have the original map as a blueprint , as well as every asset available it’s just copy and paste most of the time,that’s why on some custom maps you can see a lot of areas that look familiar,not shorting on them or saying they don’t work hard ,but the assets are their for the taking,now if it was a map built from the bottom up now that’s massively impressive

well unless I'm mistaken, the maps in zombies chronicles we're chosen is because they follow the main story with the 4 original characters. whereas COTD and Mob are kind of their own things, and Tranzit, Die Rise, and Buried are all Victus characters.

As far as the victis maps,they don’t make sense in the new story without retconning certain things,they are in the dark aether,from what we know they have been in there for about 40-41 years,we know Sam arrived into the new world with Eddie when she was 10-11, and in Cold War she is 50,victis is most likely dead due to the dark aether creatures or old age,as well cw takes place after bo1, the next game is basically it’s own bo2,but the maps from the original timeline don’t exist,I mean hey maybe I’m wrong and Sam is in their with victis but that’s a stretch

7:05 some of them would’ve probably wouldn’t crash there game and I believe some of the textures wouldn’t load I believe, even if some the custom maps are probably hold a lot of file size and wouldn’t probably run, even if maybe some people done something they extract the files and possibly put them in the bo3 xbox or ps4 files. but I don’t think we would have that much storage to hold the custom maps. or maybe I’m wrong I mean the I wouldn’t forget the series x and ps5 they hold a lot of storage, but where I’m looking for the older consoles not including the 360 or ps3 and the other older consoles I believe that custom maps wouldn’t run probably cause some graphic change for it to run on the consoles cause that’s why the consoles don’t have the options like bo3 on the pc does. but idk maybe I’m wrong.

We already have a remaster for Mob of the Dead, Call of the Dead, Five, and Nuketown. They're shit remasters (Though the maps were all pretty shit to begin with, save for Nuketown), but remasters nonetheless. I rather enjoy Blood of the Dead but I can't deny it's brought down by its roots. Alcatraz is simply too easy to get lost in and too cramped. Regardless, it's because of this that I highly doubt we're EVER getting Chronicles 2. Treyarch clearly put development time into the BO4 versions instead and I don't think there's any reason for them to make those same maps AGAIN. They already did it, Chronicles 2 already happened y'all. Y'see, BO4 *was* Zombies Chronicles 2. Get off the Hopium supply. I just wish that we didn't waste Chronicles on BO3, that game didn't deserve all the love it got and it's made the community something it shouldn't have become.
