Thanks Bon Bon! I know I go away for extended periods of time but I always come back. :) I've been trying to play CS2 for the past few weeks and right now it's making me remember why I played modded with unlimited funds on CS1 all the time. Don't get me wrong, I still love the game and missed most of the kerfluffle over the release even though I had pre-ordered because I didn't have time to dig in and play. Anyway, I found this video helpful and already have ideas for using my new knowledge to improve my next attempt at a CS2 city build.

I don't have cs1 I might get it eventually but I don't know I'm not a big fan on some of the assets. I mean I use mostly workshop housing assets and plop and add my own bits of details, and that's how I like to play, but also sing that this changes up is cool

Have you checked out developer mode? You can just plop any building of any level to check them out under the Home key.

I did look into including this data in this tutorial, but it feels like a standalone separate tutorial - for when I have enough level five builldings for a fair sample size.

Great tutorial. Thought I add this since I don’t see anyone talking about it you can make row houses spawn using low residential zoning without using the row housing zoning by doing 1x2 squares. Last time I tryed it worked unless it wasn’t supposed to be in the game yet and got patched out and the row houses look different from the row houses in the row house zoning

Thanks. In tests I didn't get anything spawn in 1 cell wide zoning, so maybe I need to retry this on a new save. Actual Row housing is next on the list for this series, but I have a couple of other infracstructure videos to complete first.
