Yeah it's a really fun game. Nice little oldie but never goes out of style, even with newer games such as Planet Zoo around.

Awesome that you were able to make exhibits for all the cat species while doing it! Yeah, the cat climber is a unique reward that I really like. In regards to the black leopards, it always annoyed me that there were no spotted ones, since the black is just a color morph. While it’s been occasionally seen in Kenya and Ethiopia, it’s far more common in Southeast Asia. There’s even a population on the Malayan peninsula that is mostly black, with only 2 spotted individuals ever recorded. The hypothesis is that the particular forest cover there makes a black coat advantageous for avoiding tigers.

Yeah apart from the Caracal, I got all the extant big cat species. And yeah I never got the cat climber before so that was surprising to see for the first time. Ooh thanks for the little zoology lesson. I didn't know that with their population diversity. Of course it's good to know they adapt to avoid such a dangerous and skilled predator as a tiger.

Yeah, I don’t get the caracal when I do it either, since my personal rules only allow for base game and Endangered Species animals, as well as bonus downloads like the black leopard. It’s a shame African Adventure didn’t have more difficult campaigns to get a 5 star zoo. Just like how this one was centered around the Florida panther (mountain lion), AA could’ve had a campaign centered around its 5-star animal, the Ethiopian wolf.
