Hey Chris, First, thank you for posting all of these videos. Like your website, they're a great resource. Second, I noticed in this video an anomaly that one of my friends has been experiencing in the Choose Virtual Background window. When he closes and then reopens Zoom, sometimes some of the videos that he has imported have disappeared, leaving the blank thumbnail like the two I see in this video. Hi Chris. My virtual backgrounds work great when there is only one person in the camera. When a second person joins via the same camera, that person's image comes in and out. Is there anything I can do to fix that so both people show up all the time? thanks

I was able to download one of your nice virtual video backgrounds (autumn-leaves-sun.mp4) to my Windows 10 Desktop PC. When I tried to select it in Zoom (version 4.6.8), it did not appear in the list (only the graphics appear). Also, when I select ANY of the default Zoom graphics, they do not work. The background has a few black vertical lines on the left, there is slight movement and basically covers me up. Under the selected background, this message appears: "A solid color video background is required. Green color is preferred." I do not have a green screen. When I unchecked the "I have a green screen" box, I am prompted to download the background package. I clicked cancel as the default backgrounds are already included in Zoom. I am using a Logitech HD 1080p webcam. I have a free Zoom account. Any help that you can provide would REALLY be appreciated.

Here is what Zoom's support says below. A Windows/PC most likely has Intel i5 or i7 chip. You don't have to have an i7. I get a zoom error that says the video "exceeds the maximum allowable resolution of 1280x720 px" when I try to use the videos.

by chance are you using Zoom through an organization or company account? If yes, there is a feature that can be changed by your admin person. We are also working on making the videos in lower resolution.

Video as a Background not quite accessible on mine. macOS Mojave v10.14.6 i5 with ZOOM v4.6.9 (19273.0402) No zoom mp4 were installed by default. .mp4s on my HD are not selectable by clicking add virtual background. soooo close. Any ideas anyone?

Answered it: support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/210707503-Virtual-Background states i5 quad-core or higher. My i5 Mac is only a 2-core processor. Suuuuper sad.

@@ChrisMenardTraining Yup. I didn't check first. Unfortunately my MacBook Pro is too small of a processor. Only a dual-core. Requires a quad-core or higher to see video as potential virtual backgrounds. 😪

I see people have virtual backgrounds for their KZbin videos, what app or program are they using (system requirements)????
