Zoom into the Cartwheel Galaxy

This video takes the viewer on a journey that zooms through space to reveal the Cartwheel Galaxy.
This image of the Cartwheel and its companion galaxies is a composite from Webb’s Near-Infrared Camera (NIRCam) and Mid-Infrared Instrument (MIRI), which reveals details that are difficult to see in the individual images alone.
Webb’s observations capture Cartwheel in a very transitory stage. The form that the Cartwheel Galaxy will eventually take, given these two competing forces, is still a mystery. However, this snapshot provides perspective on what happened to the galaxy in the past and what it will do in the future.

@@nabs_9652 I know that scientists think so mainly because of the Big Bang theory, nobody wants to question this theory since it is concretely difficult to have contrary evidence. I am not a scientist and I do not have great studies on the universe, mine is pure intuition and alas also mystical vision, I am a believer in a divine intelligence, my intuition tells me that space has always already existed from a form of thought and it is created autonomously, even if I will never have concrete proofs for me the space is infinite, infinitesimal and macrocosmic, and it is created autonomously and continuously, it is like having an infinity of inexhaustible space at will! THe bright galaxy disappearing just left of top centre at 0:12 is the huge NGC253. The large edge-on galaxy midway between bottom left corner and bottom centre at 0:15 is NGC55. The one disappearing just left of bottom centre at 0:15 is NGC300. NGC247 is also a member of the group, it is visible, but it's just a bit too far from the group to be resolveable as a non-star at this scale :( . Same from globular cluster NGC288, which is in the same area, but unrelated. VIsible but indistinguishable. The above three are the largest galaxies in that whole area of sky. THe edge-on disappearing nearly at top left corner at 0:25 is NGC134.

Not just as an individual but as a species, a planet, even a galaxy, we are not unique enough to be special, one meteor could end our civilization, one virulent strain could wipe us out. This camera pricked a pinhole in the sky and looked into it and all there was, was more galaxies, more vastness. It gives me a knot in my stomach.
