It's so beautiful how much you can feel they respect each other but can't express it. I think that scene at thriller bark marked both of them, sanji saw zoro giving up his dream for luffy and the crew and when he stepped up to sacrifice himself for zoro's dream zoro saw sanji's loyalty too, since then I'm sure the respect they have for each other is monumental, it's always great watching them fighting side by side.

Knowing Judge worked with vegapunk and that vegapunk is heavy into DNA manipulation, it def hints that they did something to sanji dna to give him lunarian powers while still being human
