Gotta love the new art style. It was heartbreaking to hear Luffy say that Ace died but this shows how much Luffy grew as a person. We have seen how devastated he was after Ace's death. He grew stronger not just physically but emotionally as well. Luffy can be serious and mature when he needs to. Those naysayers that say One Piece doesn't have character development, especially for Luffy, were proven wrong here.

Allow me to recomment this😝 I want a lot of people to know Couple things I can point out: The director of the OP anime has changed starting from the Wano arc and he (Nagabuchi Tatsuya) is the same man who was in charge of Film Z. You know how EPIC film Z was, He is the best! By the way, In english we call it the Wano Country, but in japanese its really the Wa no kuni. Wa itself means Japan and no is like "the" or like "of" and kuni is country. so the direct translation of Wanokuni is the "country of Japan". Obviously Wano is foreshadowing Japan back in the times. Japan has kept themselves separate from the world for one period (the Sakoku period) and did not have ANY interaction with any countries (with some exceptions). You can see that Wano country too is an isolated nation in the OP world. Its EXACTLY like Japan. But in Japan during the sakoku period, there were a lot of poor people and citizens were restricted to wear only dull colored clothes. So Oda says "fk that" and in contrast, Oda made EVRYTHING in Wano so vivid with colors. There are so many things in common with Wano and Japan but at the same time, There are so many arrangements that Oda made to make "Japan" a completely different country in his OP world. De gozaru is a Japanese accent. When we imitate samurais, we japanese talk in the accent. And it seems like people in Wano has that accent. That obvious because Wano is based on Sakoku period Japan when it had that accent. The straw hat's role is to try and hide themselves. foreigners are absolutely criminals in Wano so they are trying to act like residents there. But they suck at it. You can see that Yoro completely forgot to say degozaru and he's like "........oh yeah i forgot. Degozaru." I can keep going and write a whole essay but Ill stop around here lol I hope you enjoyed it!

I think you should let Wano build up like 10-15 episodes at a time then drop a reaction with like 2-5 episodes at a time, watch something else along with Jojo, like a shorter anime (or two) with 12-24 episodes. Wano's pacing seems to be slowed down cause its not that far from the manga and watching it weekly is going to be hard if they drag out some scenes.

Well.. if you ever feel hungry for a binge, you can always start with one of the other series in the "big 3". Its not just One Piece, there is also Naruto and Bleach. Edit: Here is how they rank: 1. One Piece/Naruto 2. Naruto/One Piece 3. Bleach People are still to this day fighting over which is better, one piece or naruto. For me, one piece is #1. Anyway, I am saying this because if you gonna do this, start with Naruto, not Bleach... Don't get me wrong though, all 3 shows are SUPERB.
