ZOSI Video Playback Fail

One you got to hit playback not main menu make sure you have motion detection recording on and the no data probably means your storage is full so it can't save new recordings unless you have a SD card

Yeah this is ridiculous this is the second time I've had this problem The tech help me fix it 8 months ago now I'm having the same problem again once solution I am successful and that's resetting the hard drive but now it's still wouldn't will not record all channels
