Same. I believe mine is because it doesn't have the Cloud Server Status at the bottom of my network access. Getting a hold of ZOSI is a PAIN!

Internet is filled with password reset for Zosi. Great. But I accidentely changed the resolution to 4K (I believed it was for the camera and not the screen). I have about 10 monitors and TV's to my disposal, but non supports 4K. So I cannot see the screen and thus not the menu. Is there a hardware reset? I already took out the 3V cell for many hours with the power unplugged. I even shorted the the battery cell terminals to no avail. When I power on the Zosi I can see the initialization screen for several seconds before it switches back to 4K... There are no reset buttons, points or anything. Very bad from Zosi. How to hard reset to factory default without using a screen? Anyone?

Ni de coña yo no tengo problemas de corriente pero de conexión si y está todo correctamente conectado por cable rj45, simplemente las cámaras van perdiendo conexión con el paso del tiempo ellas solas vas a la cámara en cuestión y todas están transmitiendo. Así que ese no es el problema. En mi caso el grabador y las cámaras enlazan a 10/100mbps y el grabador debería ir a 10/100/1000mbps. O eso creo y no soy ningún experto.
