Wow, your explanation is the perfect solution for my problem. You save my pocket. Thank YOU THANK YOU! Was going to order a new DVR like you did and tried the supply. Put in a 12 supply I had and all cameras working again. Big CLUE was that the failed camera supply was cool to the touch whereas the identical DVR power supply was slightly warm. I owe you a coffee!

Awesome save, I just had this problem since yesturday and was trying to hard reset my box and even my internet i tried everything. Saw your video and it worked sidenote (I hade to pull the red the black connectors for the cameras to get mine to work) I tried doing it your way but nothing happened. So if your camera has the red and black connectors, try unplugging those if the first method didn't work.

use the same power adapter that came with the camera or use different power adapter and how do I know which power adapter will work with the camera?

To answer your question, u can use any power adapter u want if it has the same power input and output voltage. Check the adapter that came with the camera to see what’s written on it and order the same adapter with the same voltage online. I hope this answer your question.

How did you fix the problem with disk lost at the bottom right hand corner my hard drive not showing up I recently moved to a new location and was reinstalling the cameras

@@bigdawg6330 sorry for the late reply, I only have 8 cameras installed so far. My system takes up to 9 cameras that’s why the bottom right corner is dark. It’s means there’s no camera installed. Pretty much the dark right corner means no camera is installed or available there. I hope this helps if not, let me know and I’ll be more than happy to help u. @@justinberry3991 there are people in life all they seek for is wither a downfall or others or the negative things about people. Upon everything that goes on, a smile chirping is what u heard? Clearly it was an empty house I just moved in and I was taking care of everything in there step by step. I hope this answers you, Sir? Oh by the way, thank u for your service, I see the patch and if u didn’t serve but just love the patch too then cool. I believe the Army values clearly speaks about how soldiers must comport themselves in both on and off base.

@@amanaseboy zosi sucks. Had mine 3 years. 5 separate different zosi cameras and zosi dvr. Nothing is understandable with them. Looking forward to switching to that company A-something or nother. First Cav. Horse is facing forward. Was in Iraq 04-05 that's what made me the dick I am today. Would do it all again lol

@@IDRIS-z6u I’m not sure but I would say, it definitely needs troubleshooting. Turn it off, unplug all the wires but make sure u take notes of where each wires goes to just so u don’t forget. After u unplugged them, wait for 10 minutes to cool down and plug them back in again and see if there will be any changes. Make sure u subscribe to my channel, please.
