Those fan blades look like a real snug fit, if you were to paint them, the layer of paint would have to be one atom thin. As for the clear skin, they at least could make it so you can see through it to all the beautiful detail they've engineered on the frame. Good luck with cutting, it gives me chills just thinking about it.

I have had this kit since it was launched.. Its just too pretty on the sprues to build!! I have asked my subs to vote for a review and build, looks like they've chosen the 1/48 version!!

What was the other ZM kit you made ? I got the He 219, Ta152h0, Do 335 to build.I will build them one day... :)

The A1 skyraider...built it twice but the second one was a fat face conversion so I used a resin fuselage.

1/48 doesn’t have the internal Turbo blades, much easier.

They’re not necessary in 1/32 either so I wouldn’t even bother with them. I just built two more of these and left them on the sprues

Good luck dealing with the clear plastic. That stuff is a bear. I’ve never talked to a modeler who liked it.
