Another Zousian! We have two horses by the young stallion in the stable, and they have given us plenty of confidence to add another one in this colt. Zousinger was second on debut recently, and she should be winning shortly. This colt is out of Must be Mink, a consistent City-performed mare.
Must be Mink won four races and over $100,000 in prizemoney. She won on debut in Tasmania, and after running second at her next start, she was transferred to Melbourne. She won another three races and placed eight times from her 21 starts.
Zousain has started gaining momentum, with runners hitting the tracks in the second half of the racing year. He recently sired his second and third winners in successive days when Chateau Miraval was an impressive winner at Randwick-Kensington the day after Drifting saluted at Hawkesbury in another notable display.
This colt was secured for $55,000 from Grenville Stud, a leading Tasmanian nursery, now making waves on the mainland.
