I just installed 5,000 sqf of zorro in Georgia. It’s looking great, did the first mow yesterday. Super green! Keep watering eventually it will turn green. Maybe that spot has more sun hitting it or requires more moisture. I did the watering with a 30 dollar sprinkler. In the morning and afternoon.

You're cutting it too high, those brown spots are probably fungus.

Forgive me if you already stated but what type of zoysia? I’m in north Alabama also and am trying to figure what type I want
