That's a lot of job you did, i respect that you chose to create a game engine and a game with a size of 1 mb as your first big project, that's insane!1! Do you have streams, where people can ask you questions, on twitch or somewhere else?

Thank you for your kind words. I used to stream on twitch ~10 hours per stream but people had no clue what i was doing so i stopped doing that. You can ask question here as a reply to my comment and i will reply on them.

@@Shuriken255 Ok so, if it's not too personal, did you learn programming by yourself, or you learned during some courses, university, etc? If you didn't, can you advice some helpful resources which gave you knowledge to come to this point? How much time you spent learning stuff before actually starting this project and how much you spend in a day?

@@youjustillusion536 I used to make Flash games with really poor knowledge of basics of programming when i was a kid. Somewhere in 2013, i've started learning some basics of Pascal. I enjoyed the process of programming so much that i decided to play around with it using only the knowledge i had. Then i learnt more basics of Pascal at first year of University and then decided to learn Java by myself. My first visual project on it was making a Snake game (you can actually check how i made it by looking up my first uploaded video on this channel). Then i was thinking that i do a lot of wrong decisions so i decided to actually pay for some Java courses. They helped me, but i still think i did not have to do that. Then i was playing around making a lot of utilities and even made a game engine using LWJGL. Some time after i was tired of having Garbage Collector, so i decided to move to C to make faster programs and clean my mess by myself. I can't advise any sources that i used to learn how to program because there are just too many. The fact is: you can learn it just by searching some tutorials on google. I can't really tell you which programming language you should use, but i would suggest you learning something that doesn't require you to write a lot of words in order to start getting results (like printing out "Hello world!"). You can learn basics with Pascal or Python, but then i suggest you to move to something serious. Remember that everything you are going to deal with are numbers and you need to operate these numbers in order to get the result that you want (which is also numbers). You will be learning tools to operate two-three variables, then you will learn arrays that may store a lot of them and loops to help you iterate through them but the main challenge will be learning how solve the problems. Remember: "Programming is not remembering exact words or syntax: it is breaking down a problem, working out how to solve it, and then fixing all the inevitable bugs in your solution." - Tom Scott

Yo dude! I got a idea (idk some side character or smth) AND ITS CALLED...Elliot! Elliot is a normal nerd that loves to help others. He usually doesnt soicalize because he gets bullied LOTS in school.
