I bought my house for 2.5 crores, and is bigger than this apartment in Pitampura. This apartment looks good, but see the location. It will take another 15-20 years for a good costing. On that basis, investing on this house is a very bad option. People think that bigger the house, more the price, but remember, it's all about the plot and the total area that you get. I just spent 30 lakhs on getting my house made, and is a tonne times better than this! So, this house was okay, but a bad investment right now.
