2400 sq ft n the dining /kitchen is 16×12 = dining is 8 ×12 ????????????? . Also 10×12 bedroom ??? For 2400 sq ft rooms are too small.

SS group has not even delivered one project in time. SS LEAF is delayed by over 8 years. The builder has not paid the discom over 5.5 Crores so none of the projects have a permanent electricity supply. The construction quality of SS group is very very bad. You can look at the towers of coralwood, ss leaf and almeria which is in the vicinity. The buildings are just 5 years old but are already in shambles. They don’t even honour the 5 year warranty that all buildings are supposed to have. Another thing is they will not handover the funds collected by the Maintainence to RWA and you will have to beg for your own money everytime you want to get anything fixed. And it’s in their contract that will they will control the funds for 15 years after the formation of RWA. Can you imagine? The builder is a thug. He has collected money from the residents for various amenities and has provided none of them. One advice is, go look at sobha city construction and then compare it with SS group. You’ll understand the difference. The builder is Affiliated to big political parties so you’ll not be able to do anything. Big time bully he is. If there is any doubt please talk to the residents of Almeria/ coralwood in sector 84 you’ll understand the ground really. All these people are probably paid by ss group to praise the project. One more thing to note is that they have disabled comments on their official KZbin profile. You can only guess why, if they leave it open it will be full of comments from frustrated owners who made the mistake of investing their money with SS group.
