@@SmashingPistons yes it is common for people here to put hobby/enthusiast cars in storage over winter here just because here the winter is massively destructive to cars. Unfortunately because I didn’t get my finger out of my b… hole I was to late and it ended up sitting in my driveway because all spaces in the area was occupied 🙈

What is the small light grey object on the Windscreen above the Rain Sensor? Some kind of road pricing monitor or what I wonder? Several 1,8T MG ZT/ZT-Ts in the family. great engines and fine old cars to drive. You really should get a Viking Helmet with twin Horns to go with that impressive beard .. 😂

Yes it is a tax zone recognizing unit! It’s not a thing we need to have but we get a 10 % discount of each tax zone passing and it works all over the country and you don’t have to receive a separate bill from all the different companies that controls the different areas of the country. All is being collected in one bill no matter where you have been driving! I am a massive fan of the K series. No matter the flaws! Maybe I should get a Viking helmet just for fun😁

@@SvennsCarchannel Not all Ks had flaws if looked after. That includes two in my family bought new. I have fitted the Chinese Version of the Rover 1.8 Turbocharged K from a low mileage MG6 to my daily driver MG ZT-T 1.8T. One of the best car engine swaps I've ever done. The Chinese made a range of improvements with the MG6 version of the Rover 1.8T K-series the folks at Longbridge Birmingham UK were never allowed to do.
