食譜：
麵包2個（你也可以把食譜份量減半後做1個麵包）
高筋麵粉 540克（4+1/2杯）
雞蛋 2個（蛋液100克）
糖 60克（4大勺）
牛奶 320克（1杯+8大勺）
酵母 6克（1+1/2小勺）
無鹽黃油 60克（4大勺）
葡萄乾 50克
包入黃油丁30-40克
提前預熱烤箱15分鐘，180°C
烘烤 ：
180°C
35-40分鐘

(You can also halve the recipe to make 1 loaf)
Bread flour 540g (4+1/2 cups)
2 eggs (100g egg liquid)
60g sugar (4 tbsp)
Milk 320g (1 cup + 8 tbsp)
Instant yeast 6g (1+1/2 tsp)
Unsalted butter 60g (4 tbsp)
Butter cubes 30g-40g
Raisin 50g
Preheat the oven for 15 minutes in advance, 180°C
Baking:
180°C
35-40 minutes
