Just so you guys know, if you didn't already, Kardur is a little different than goading, it applies to creatures that come in after the trigger too if they had haste for example.

Yeah, we actually had that come up this game but I edited it out: Ian was going to equip Swiftfoot Boots to Sekki pre-combat but would then have to attack with it, so decided to equip it post-combat.

Hey Ian have you considered puting blade of the bloodchief in sekki? that may give you other ways to combo off because every time you make a spirit and sacrifice it, you get the +1/+1 counter back on sekki and maybe you can get into some other loops?

I have a question that also can be used to a topic: why that many lands? I often find myself in bad spot if i ever go under 36 lands, even on decks that are low curved. Even a free muligan doesnt help every time if you go under 36 lands outside of cedh.

4:56 pay one life. Does DWOOD’s life total ever change? Forgot’s a lot of damage. Which can matter a lot when playing a card like bolas’s citadel. Glad it didn’t effect the outcome.

Zeke, if you see this, how would you recommend making the deck a tad cheaper? this seems super spicy, but I like having my decks be on a $100 budget so that if the time comes I can play them in budget tournaments that my LGS hosts every month

You can cut alter of dementia and pitiless plunder, you can replace the dimir intimidate legend with the dog in hunt, the ultimatum is nice but hard to cast and there are already better versions in the deck. This should cut around 24-25 dollars from the deck. There are also a few 1-3 dollar lands that can be replaced with basics or gates

Azra doesn't give itself haste though? Unless you discarded Anger and have a Mountain in play I suppose.
