We have the same problem .... they just disappear, so I always try to make a bigger batch, but I still run out. My next video will be the pumpkin flower fritters. My garden is starting to bloom with lots of these flowers! Have you tried them? xx

OMG this is literally the first time i ever hear the word pittoli outside of my family! my grandfather was calabrese as well and gave and taught me the gift of pittoli -- I'm so glad to see this tradition has been passed on outside of just my family!! The recipe I learned was certainly much simpler than the one you're portraying and it definitely sounds like everything mixes up beautifully. RIcordo di Mangone!
