Miss Lori, I made your Zucchini tots tonight and they were a hit! So easy to make and delicious. Next time I’ m going to use 1/2 cup cheddar cheese and 1/2 Pepper Jack for some heat. I also made your fried yellow squash and my husband almost ate his weight in it. We’ve been married 45 1/2 years and he said that was the best fried squash I had ever made. It was so crisp and not soggy at all. I’ve given your website to both of my daughters and my sister-in-law. I have also made your sausage rolls and your stuffed mushrooms, except I used manicotti noodles and it was heavenly. Thank you so much for all your home made recipes. I’ve enjoyed watching you and Mr. Brown, you don’t find loving couples like us anymore.

Hi Miss Lori. Thank you for taking us along to the flea market. I so enjoyed looking at things with you. If cookie jars are cheap enough, I like to fill them with homemade cookies and give them as gifts to people who maybe just got out of the hospital or someone who is under the weather. I even do it with pretty inexpensive plates. They don't return them to me as its part of the gift.

I canned sliced zucchini, with tomatoes, onions, a clove of garlic, and a couple slices of jalapeno. I call it "soup starter". I can open one of those, add a can of potatoes, a can of carrots, or whatever veggie I have in the pantry, some meat (Or not) and have a pot of soup really quick. I love your opening, and you & Mr Brown dancing makes me smile every time!

I have that National Pressure Cooker, I got it from my mother when she was done canning in the 60's and the book on the canner was a 1949 year. I used it a lot canning in the late 60's and 70's. I miss those days when I canned, it made me feel good about making my own fruit sauces, jams and jellies, I especially like canning the stewed tomatoes for spaghettis and chili beans.

I sent her the old squash casserole and zucchini bread made with baby food Hawaiian delight. This video I need to watch earlier. Love that zucchini in marinara. I save time and jars and do the simple old time stewed tomatoes. Then use them in soups and stews but make my marinara out of them just adding spices, garlic and paste. I'm going to write you an email. God bless thank you I'm so glad God has directed me to good Godly utubers the community circle I've found near and far have really blessed me. Love your videos. We are keto and love zucchini everything. I always shred one zucchini and put it into my spaghetti sauce and for when i can it, its the best. So I was very excited to try your recipe. After I shredded it, we salted, let it sit and then squeezed out in hand towel. Then I laid it out for 20 minute to dry more. We use half crushed Hogs Heaven BBQ Pork Rinds and other half homemade bread crumbs. We then put them in a mini muffin tin and lowered the heat to 375, they were A-MAZ-ING!!!! These are my 14 yr old son's favorite. he loves to cook and he was a HUGE fan! THank you Mrs. Lori!!

Thank you. I tried the recipe, had to add extra Panko and bread crumbs because of the moisture content and my son suggested adding bacon bits (real bacon bits). I rolled the mixture into logs and refrigerated them. I cut the rolls into tots and baked them. They were a hit. I froze one of the logs and recently thawed it, cut it and rolled the tots in bread crumbs before baking. Great recipe. Thank you again.

I told my husband that I love your hair now and he said, "I do, too! You should get yours like that." If I thought I could trust a hairdresser, I probably would, but I don't. Haha! I have been cutting my own hair for years and cut it from my waist to a little past my shoulders the last 3 years. Is it easy to fix? Usually I end up wearing mine in an upsweep in the hot summer.
