A zug at point, another on the dropper and another tied in at the bend of the dropper some six inches or so and you've created your own hatch.Killer troika.Great job tying.

FISH IT! This fly, the Zug Bug, was the pattern that landed me my first ever trout on a fly! These are fishy as all get out so get out there and fish this. I want a full report of your experience before 2025 ends my man! LOL! BTW - great tutorial - thanks for sharing!

Sure. It's a jstockard j20h curved nymph hook. It's what I use on all my nymphs. Great hook

Interesting that while tying the nymph … he consistently criticizing it . If you’ve never fished the fly ….Why tie a demonstration of it ? I use this fly I. Latest g on the White River near Meeker Colorado …. It’s a fish getter . Big Yawn to this beginner tier . BYE !

Sorry you didn't like the fly, but my channel is about tutorials on how to tie particular patterns. What people do with them is up to them. I'm not going to be fake and claim that I love and fish every pattern I tie. Like the prince nymph. I hate it. Never fish it, but I love to tie it. Even more so are stimulators. Never fish them but they're by far my favorite pattern to tie. Maybe a "how to fish certain patterns" channel would be more to your liking? Either way thanks for watching
