21:12 IIRC, putting someone inside a veigar cage counts as helping. Not sure if it still does, but they added 1 point of true damage to the middle area specifically for that reason. (if that is still true, note that this also means you can draw tower aggro).

With veigar you can also make it a infinitely ad scaling on top of health and ap scaling. Just build Overlord Bloodmail then the extra health also creates bonus ad.

id totally abandon archangels and rod of ages and get something else instead. if you picked lich bane and warmog's instead, u could also sell boots and go for riftmaker or jaksho, that would boost your survival. i'd also go for conqueror and green tree as secondary, as u dont get much out of grasp anyway and with your damage conqueror would grant nice hp regen.
